Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your contact information and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A user who repeatedly uploads or shares content that is subject to valid DMCA notifications may have their account terminated.

Modifications to Policy

Homeworkify reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new DMCA Policy on this page.
